Who we are

Welcome to our curated collection of hats, dedicated to supporting the fire service through the sales of hats and accessories.

Named after his unit number, Six Five Three Customs was founded in 2025 by Justin Dillie of Laurelville Fire. He established the company to allow him to stay closer to his community more often, thereby remaining committed to the fire and EMS service.

After losing his friend, Captain Michael Branden Anderson, to pancreatic cancer, Justin was impressed by how Ohio's Local Assistance State Team (LAST) helped the family lay his friend to rest. As a member of the Ohio Federation of Fire Chaplains, he recognized the importance of supporting a mission that all first responders and their loved ones could appreciate.

And that was how the job, Fallen Hats, came into existence. Fallen Hats is not a business name; it is not a brand. It is a mission to support the team that aids the families of fallen first responders.

How does it work?

When you make a purchase, up to 50% of the price goes to the Ohio LAST Team. All contributions are based on the price of the hat sold.

What is Ohio’s LAST Team?

“These Local Assistance State Teams are made up of members who come from all areas of public safety, as well as survivors of line-of-duty deaths, and volunteers from all lines of work. They are all passionate about helping those who have suffered the loss of a family member or department member in the line of duty.”
